PRESIDENT/PARTNER
Adam has over 20 years of field-based entrepreneurial and leadership experience and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. Adam has overseen mitigation and reconstruction projects ranging from $100,000 to over $5,000,000 during his career. He has proven results in building strong, loyal, teams and ensuring that we deliver on our commitments to our customers. As VP of Operations, Adam's core focus is ensuring that our team delivers results that our customers expect and deserve.
Adam likes being outdoors and exercising and lives in North Georgia with his family.

JESSICA DICKERSON
EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Jessica brings over 20 years of administrative experience to Alpha Resources and Consulting. She holds a degree in Business Management from Kennesaw State University and her Professional Human Resources Certification. After spending 10 years in the banking industry, she began her administrative career as Executive Assistant when she joined a multi-state renovation and restoration company in 2017. During that time, she was instrumental in creating administrative processes, leading the administrative division, and becoming an expert in human resources. She served as the Director of Administration/Human Resources.
Jessica is passionate about serving others and helping mentor others in order to deliver lasting impacts in any organization. She is dedicated to continuous learning and leveraging expertise to support organizational growth and development.
Jessica lives in North Georgia with her husband and two children. She enjoys traveling with her family.
JILL RICHARDS
EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Jill began her career in Education, where she taught for nearly a decade, and has held a variety of positions since. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering in the community, traveling with her family, and working out. She resides in Metro Atlanta with her husband, Brian, and has three grown children.
BILL CIPPOLA
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Bill has over 25 years in Commercial and Residential Property Management, which has included multiple renovation projects over the past 16 years. Most recently, Bill helped oversee a multimillion dollar commercial renovation in South Florida. He has proven results in managing relationships to ensure goals are met as expected for our customers.
Bill lives in North Georgia with his family and enjoys playing golf and watching his kids sporting events.
Bryan brabner
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Bryan brings over 28 years of construction experience, with a background spanning ground-up new construction and restoration across residential, commercial, and multifamily markets. He has consistently and successfully managed multiple projects ranging from $100,000 to $24 million in value.
Bryan holds multiple IICRC certifications and has completed the multi-state NASCLA Unrestricted General Contractor course required for licensing, demonstrating his commitment to professional excellence and industry standards.
Outside of work, Bryan has a deep love for the Lord, his family, and anything outdoors.
BRANDON MOODY
PROJECT MANAGER
Brandon is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he was a member of the 2024 SEC Championship Football Team. His background reflects discipline, resilience, and high performance—qualities shaped by competing within a championship-caliber athletic program and learning under elite leadership.
With a diverse and hands-on foundation in construction, Brandon brings a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset to every project. In his first year with Alpha, he successfully completed high-stakes projects alongside respected industry leaders, further strengthening his field expertise and operational confidence.
Brandon is committed to delivering timely, high-quality outcomes that align with our company’s standards and exceed client expectations. He takes pride in applying his skills and experience to serve clients and teammates with professionalism, integrity, and dedication.
Jake craft
PROJECT MANAGER
Jake brings several years of hands-on demolition experience, along with previous leadership experience as a Foreman for a drywall company in Phoenix, Arizona. In his role as Foreman, he successfully led crews on active job sites, ensuring projects stayed on schedule while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. His leadership skills and ability to manage teams in fast-paced environments make him a valuable asset on any project.
A former college basketball player at Berry College, Jake applies the same discipline, teamwork, and strong work ethic from the court to his professional life.
Jake currently resides in North Georgia, where he enjoys spending time with friends and family and staying active through regular workouts.
